I’m Fatiha, a doctor working in the vibrant city of London.
Life in London is famously exhilarating and fast-paced, yet it can also be incredibly demanding.
While my day job revolves around diagnosing illnesses, prescribing treatments, and helping my patients navigate their health journeys, my interests extend beyond the walls of my NHS clinic room.
Productivity, self-care, and home life are my core interests - and I’m excited to share my insights and experiences with you.

First, let’s talk about productivity. It’s a popular buzzword, but what does it really mean?
Productivity isn’t just about getting more 'done'; it’s about getting the right things done. It’s about prioritising tasks that align with YOUR goals and values.
As an NHS doctor with over a decade's experience in medicine, I've learned some pretty invaluable lessons about productivity and self-care. I’ve seen firsthand how the demands of modern life can take a toll on our physical and mental well-being.
Throughout medical school and my professional career, I've repeated this mantra to myself: "if you write things down in front of you, they cannot get on top of you."
Writing things down has been an excellent way to reduce my mental load. Whether it's patient appointments, admin, or personal activities - listing things in my diary means that everything gets the attention it deserves - without overwhelming me.
But there's more to life than just work.

Your home should be a sanctuary, a clean, tidy space where you can unwind and relax.
This doesn’t mean you need to strive for 'perfection,' (that's impossible!) but instead, create an environment that brings YOU peace and joy.
